A: Every year Siemens and Marcis & Associates each donate $1500 for scholarships to assist the educational endeavors of physical plant employees. TAPPA matches those funds, thereby providing for two $3000 scholarships. The scholarships are awarded to educational institutions, who then select member(s) of their staffs for the award. Winning educational institutions are selected by lot from among those that submitted a simple application by the deadline.
