A: Lalo Gomez has been a member since TAPPA was founded in 1979. He was mentored by Mr. Louis DeVries, who was the Director of Physical Plant at Pan American University (now UT-Pan American), and was also one of the founders of TAPPA. Lalo has served on the Board of Directors three terms and also served as Vice President and President.
